Yes. We build a redesign mockup using your real business content. There is no payment or card required to see it, and no obligation to go ahead.
02How much does the website cost?
The live website is on a monthly plan, with no build fee or lock-in. We confirm the exact monthly price and what is included in writing with your preview, before you decide.
03What do you need from me?
Start with your business name, website if you have one, main services and service area. We use your existing content where suitable and ask by email for anything else we need.
04Can I keep my domain and email?
Yes. You keep your domain in your own account. We help connect the website while preserving the records your email uses. You do not need to share your passwords.
05Are updates included?
Common updates through the private change form and small text or photo fixes are included. New pages, new sections, design changes and integrations are quoted separately and approved before paid work starts.
06How do we work together?
By email, from the first message to approval and launch. You review your preview, tell us what needs changing and approve the site when you are happy.
07Can I cancel the monthly plan?
